Our spacious living room is equipped with two cozy couches, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and high-speed WiFi. With lots of natural light, an open-plan design leading into the modern kitchen, and lots of space to gather as a group, our living room becomes the true highlight of the house.

Our relaxing balcony is equipped with high-speed WiFi, a padded outdoor couch, two cozy armchairs and a table. With nice city views of Marmaris and a peek of the sea, it offers a wonderful place to relax and enjoy your time outside.

Our modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, featuring an oven, dishwasher, dining table, high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, and a traditional Turkish teapot for enjoying fresh tea at any time of day. It also includes all the essentials you may need for cooking and dining, such as utensils, plates, and other kitchen equipment.

Our spacious and cozy master bedroom is equipped with a large double bed, air conditioning, and high-speed WiFi for you to enjoy. It is specifically designed for couples to relax and recharge after a day of exploring Marmaris.

Our cozy twin bedroom features two single beds, air conditioning, and high-speed WiFi, creating a comfortable space for friends, siblings, or guests who prefer separate beds. The two single beds can also be joined together if preferred, offering added flexibility for different sleeping arrangements.

Our comfortable bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, a washing machine, 24-hour hot water, and high-speed WiFi. This space creates a clean and refreshing environment to get ready for the day.

Our convenient entrance features a short outdoor path to the main door of the house. Once you enter, you step into a well laid-out foyer that connects all the rooms on the downstairs floor.
